Anni Laukkanen assists our clients particularly in assignments related to corporate law and corporate transactions. She has strong expertise in corporate law and advises clients on matters including corporate governance, decision-making, and shareholders’ agreements. Anni has played a key role in numerous demanding and multi-phase corporate transactions and has also advised on various related tax law issues.

In addition, Anni has broad and versatile experience in areas such as corporate income taxation and the planning and implementation of generational transfers. She approaches her assignments analytically, ensuring that the solutions are both legally sound and supportive of the client’s business objectives.
