Annika Smalén

Introduction

Annika Smalén specializes in handling bankruptcy and corporate restructuring matters, as well as dispute resolution. Annika assists our clients with insolvency and corporate law issues, as well as in legal proceedings. She has diverse work experience and deep expertise in questions related to her area of specialization. She acts as a bankruptcy estate administrator and a public receiver, among other roles. Throughout her career, Annika has managed hundreds of insolvency proceedings, some of which have been very extensive and involved international connections. Annika has also served as an arbitrator and is an approved mediator by the Finnish Bar Association. She has published legal articles on topics within her areas of expertise and regularly lectures on these subjects.
