Laura Jaatinen

Introduction

Laura Jaatinen advises our clientele in mergers and acquisitions. Laura has been involved in several domestic and cross-border transaction processes as a support to the client throughout the deal; in due diligence, negotiations of the transactional documents, and in the signing and closing.

Laura assists our clients also in various assignments related to corporate law and corporate arrangements, such as drafting, reviewing and negotiating shareholders’ agreements and other corporate documentation.

In addition, Laura has also experience in drafting and negotiating various other contracts for corporate clients.

Laura advises our clients in data protection related matters and also drafts the documents needed in order to comply with the data protection legislation. Laura has successfully received the CIPP/E -certification (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe), which is a certificate admitted by the International Association of Privacy Professionals. The certificate requires knowledge on wide range of data protection matters and on the European data protection legislation.
