Introduction

Mikko Jalkanen has managed numerous corporate reorganisations and company and contract law assignments both in Finland and internationally. He regularly assists companies in a wide range of legal areas.

In recent years, assignments handled by Mikko have focused specifically on assisting technology-related companies as well as on implementing M&A arrangements. An increasing share of Mikko’s assignments involves an international dimension.

Mikko regularly assists growth and start-up companies with issues related to contracts, financing, capital investments, licensing and productisation and development projects.
