We advised the City of Lappeenranta on the establishment of a new private equity fund, South Karelia Growth Fund Ky, and in the process of obtaining a marketing authorization from the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA) for the fund’s operations. South Karelia Growth Fund is a EUR 3.5 million regional private equity fund investing in early-stage growth companies located in, or strongly connected to, South Karelia.
