Edelle Attorneys at Law acted as competition law counsel to Osuuskunta KPY (KPY) in a transaction in which KPY acquires the private equity company Sentica Partners Oy (Sentica). New cooperative shares issued by KPY will be used as consideration in the transaction. Upon completion, KPY will own 100 percent of Sentica and Sentica’s owner will become a significant owner in KPY. The completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
