Edelle Oy acted as legal counsel to Osuuskunta KPY and KPY Novapolis Oy in a transaction through which Keskisuomalainen Oyj will become a minority shareholder in KPY Novapolis Oy. As part of the transaction, Keskisuomalainen Oyj will sell a centrally located Kuopio property to a new real estate company to be established and owned by KPY Novapolis Oy for the development of the new Novapolis property.
