Edelle Attorneys acted as legal counsel to Raumaster Oy in the drafting and negotiation of the consortium agreement related to Fortum’s modernization project of the Zabrze CHP plant in Poland.

In the project, Raumaster, together with Mostostal Kraków S.A., will deliver comprehensive turnkey implementation of biomass unloading, storage and fuel-feeding systems. This project will convert the plant’s fuel source from coal to certified biomass, aiming to reduce CO₂ emissions by roughly 70.
