Edelle Attorneys acted as legal counsel to Raumaster Oy in the drafting and negotiation of the consortium agreement related to Fortum’s 85 M€ modernization project of the Zabrze CHP plant in Poland.

In the project, Raumaster, together with Mostostal Kraków S.A., will deliver comprehensive turnkey implementation of biomass unloading, storage and fuel-feeding systems. This project will convert the plant’s fuel source from coal to certified biomass, aiming to reduce CO₂ emissions by roughly 70.
