We advised Sallila Energy Oy in a net-apport arrangement where the company transfers its electricity retail business as a business transfer to Omavoima Oy. The transfer is scheduled to be closed by 1 May 2026. It ranks Omavoima among the largest electricity retail companies in Finland. In addition to electricity contracts, Omavoima’s product range includes products that promote energy efficiency.
