Counsel to Solarigo Systems Oy on its acquisition of a 70% shareholding in Callio-Hitura Solarpark Oy from Skarta Energy Group, having already previously owned 30% of the shares. The company develops solar energy projects on former mining sites. The Callio solar park, located in Pyhäjärvi, is Finland’s first industrial-scale solar park built on a decommissioned mining area. The project also includes a 4 MW energy storage facility.
