We assisted Swiss Steel Oy in the sale of its steel and iron sales business to Feon Oy. Swiss Steel Oy is a joint venture owned by Flinkenberg Oy and Swiss Steel AG and offers to its customers sawing and other processing services for various steel and metal products. Flinkenberg Oy is a Finnish family-owned company and Swiss Steel AG is a Swiss manufacturer of steel products, whose parent company, Swiss Steel Holding, is a company listed on the stock exchange in Switzerland.
