Turku Fair Center
We assisted Turku Fair Center Ltd in the sale of its buildings to Reale Varainhoito Oy and Artukaisten Harjoitusjäähalli Oy. Approximately 11,000 square meters of facilities in the sold buildings will be renovated to sports facilities. In addition, a new twin-rink ice hall will be constructed on the property.
