We acted as legal counsel to Voimatel Oy in an outsourcing arrangement under which the maintenance and implementation of Digita Oy’s digital network infrastructure were transferred to Voimatel. Digita’s maintenance organisation has become part of Voimatel, which is now responsible for the maintenance and implementation of Digita’s digital network infrastructure.
