Introduction
Henrietta Sandvik is an attorney-at-law specializing primarily in commercial contract arrangements, transport and logistics, and intellectual property matters.
Sandvik regularly drafts and negotiates extensive and substantively complex contractual frameworks for companies operating across various industries and provides advice on contract law matters in Finnish, English, and Swedish. She has experience in assignments with an international dimension and possesses strong expertise in international trade contract structures, allocation of liability and risk management. In transport and logistics matters, she advises clients particularly on supply chain liability structures and on claims, damage and liability issues arising in transport and logistics operations.
In intellectual property matters, her work covers, inter alia, the protection of rights and related disputes. She also advises on the commercial exploitation of intellectual property as part of contractual arrangements and assists in matters concerning the commercialization and licensing of intangible rights.
Sandvik assists clients in proactive risk management and in structuring legally sustainable solutions, and represents them, where necessary, in disputes and litigation relating to her areas of expertise. She is an approved mediator by the Finnish Bar Association.
Sandvik regularly trains our clients and stakeholders. Alongside her practice, she is a doctoral researcher focusing on boundary issues between contractual and non-contractual liability.
