We assisted Investors House Plc and Ovaro Kiinteistösijoitus Plc in their sale of a vast property complex located in Jyväskylä leased under a long lease agreement to the Wellbeing Services County of Central Finland. The debt-free purchase price of the object was approximately EUR 60 million. We have previously assisted the sellers in acquiring the property and concluding the lease agreement with the Wellbeing Services County.
