We advised TK Asset Management Oy, part of the Tuloskiinteistöt Group, on the establishment of an investment company named TK Säätiösijoitus Oy. TK Säätiösijoitus Oy is a joint investment company for foundations based in Turku.

In addition, we advised TK Säätiösijoitus Oy in connection with its agreement with YIT for the construction of a parking facility named Kulttuuriparkki, located near the new concert hall Fuuga currently under construction in downtown Turku.
