We advised the shareholders of Laserkeskus Oy on the transaction in which Swedish company Opima acquires Laserkeskus Oy. The company’s management will remain minority shareholders in Opima Group.

Opima is a Swedish group of specialist industrial companies providing component manufacturing, maintenance, repair and automation services. The group operates in Sweden and Norway and is expanding into Finland through the acquisition. Laserkeskus is a contract manufacturer serving the metal industry, based in Laitila, Finland. Its services include laser cutting, bending, machining, welding and assembly. Completion of the transaction remains subject to competition authority approval.
