We advised Stera Technologies Oy on its acquisition of the machining and heat treatment business of Stairon Oy’s Itäharju unit in Turku. Through the acquisition, Stera gained additional production capacity and expertise that complement its service offering and help it meet growing demand from its customers. The transaction also enables long-term cooperation with Stairon.
