We advised the seller Komia Group Oy in a transaction whereby Oy Lunden Ab acquired a majority stake in Dried Buddy Oy. The company’s principal business is the production, sales, and marketing of high-quality dried meat products. Its best-known brand is Kuivalihakundi. After the transaction, the company is a sister company to Lunden’s other food production businesses, Jalostaja Oy, Savuhovi Oy, and Lunden Food OÜ.
